ONE's current roster of talent on the modeling side includes a number of well known and extremely successful models: Claudia Schiffer, Helena Christensen, Iman, Rie Rasmussen, Lizzy Jagger, Eva Herzigova, Bridget Hall, Tasha Tilberg, Josie Maran, Devon Aoki, Bar Refaeli amongst others. The client list of ONE(M) includes Spacehog, Cassie, Duran Duran, Eve, Pete Wentz, Panic at the Disco, The Academy Is, The Kills, Michael Pitt, etc. The current list of talent at 1 Management (LA) includes Emilie De Ravin (Lost), Maggie Grace (Lost), Nick Stahl (Terminator 3), Frances O'Connor (Cashmere Mafia), PJ Ransone (Generation Kill), and Michelle Lomardo (Entourage).
With more and more of its models spinning off into multi-media projects, 1 Management is poised to evolve in a powerhouse full service management company, maneuvering its talent through the worlds of fashion, film and television, music, publishing and product licensing.
